SPECTRA L06P 640×512 Uncooled LWIR Module
640×512/12 μm uncooled infrared sensor + professional imaging readout circuitry + proprietary image processing algorithms = Spectra L06P.
640×512 Ultra-Compact Uncooled LWIR Module
Long-wave IR (LWIR): 8–14 μm
Spectra L06CN is a coin-sized 640×512/12 μm uncooled LWIR core — 25.4×25.4×14.1 mm, 11.5 g, 0.8 W — with USB2.0/DVP/LVDS output and a radiometric version with ARM/Windows/Linux SDK.
Spectra L06CN packs a 640×512/12 μm wafer-level uncooled detector, high-performance signal processing and image algorithms into a coin-sized 25.4×25.4×14.1 mm core of just 11.5 g and 0.8 W. Industry-standard interfaces with RAW/YUV data output make OEM integration straightforward, a full athermal lens lineup covers more scenarios, and the radiometric version delivers full-frame temperature measurement with ARM/Windows/Linux SDKs — ideal for integrators who chase miniaturization, low power and high cost-performance.
