SPECTRA L06A 640×512 Uncooled LWIR Module
A 640×512, 12 μm uncooled LWIR module shown with the 25 mm F1.0 fixed-focus athermalized lens — 50 Hz imaging, SDI/MIPI video output, RS422 control, and a 9.1–75 mm fixed-lens series.
640×512 Ultra-Compact Uncooled LWIR Module
Long-wave IR (LWIR): 8–14 μm
SPECTRA L06C is an ultra-compact uncooled LWIR module with a 640×512/12 μm VOx detector, ≤23 g weight, CVBS/USB-UVC/BT.656 video, dual-range thermometry and 4.6–75 mm athermal lens options.
The SPECTRA L06C integrates a 640×512/12 μm uncooled VOx detector, image-processing electronics and a precision mechanical structure into a 26×26×21.1 mm body weighing less than 23 g. It outputs clear, stable thermal video over CVBS, USB (UVC) and BT.656, supports dual-range radiometric measurement from -20 °C to 650 °C, and accepts an optional family of athermal fixed-focus lenses from 4.6 mm to 75 mm. With RS232 / UART / RS422 / RS485 control, comprehensive power protections and a fully controlled supply chain, the SPECTRA L06C drops quickly into fire-spot detection, perimeter security, electrical equipment monitoring, tank level gauging, vehicle-mounted pedestrian & vehicle detection and wildlife observation systems.
